Flexibility and Experience

DSG has the flexibility and the experience to deliver the best quality clinical trial training services, whenever and wherever you need them.

Comprehensive training to fit a Sponsor needs

We know that it is vitally important to train each user group before the commencement of a study and to offer continued training during the study as needed. So DSG has developed a comprehensive and flexible training program designed for each individual Sponsor.

Individualized User Manuals

Prior to study start, DSG will create individualized user manuals that describe every aspect of our eCaseLink EDC products for reference for the studies users. Any individual that requires access to the system will receive all necessary training.

DSG Designer, eCaseLink and eSource clinical trial training services include:

Classroom sessions

DSG training personnel will travel worldwide to investigator meetings to present directly to those ultimately responsible for utilizing the eCaseLink system to its fullest potential.

On-Site training

We will provide one-on-one or small group on-site training for studies or situations where users are not trained at the investigator meeting.

One-on-one training

DSG welcomes study and site personnel to schedule personal training sessions in our suburban Philadelphia location. DSG training personnel will also travel to client and site locations as requested.

Phone and Webinars via WebEX

If in-person training is not possible, DSG will provide one-on-one training via telephone. Also when time is of the essence, Web-based training seminars can usually be implemented with very little notice.

Train-the-trainer

When on-site initiations are recommended, or when a large number of new investigators are expected to join a trial after the scheduled investigator meeting, DSG training personnel will work with study management and CROs to train field personnel on both using eCaseLink and best practices for training others on eCaseLink.
