Rick Shiffer

Richard Shiffer joined DSG in 2006. While at DSG, Rick has led the design and implementation of DSG’s CTMS and Payment Module products.

Prior to joining DSG, Rick had a variety of technical management positions with Cigna/Intracorp, Independence Blue Cross, Exelon/PECO, Oracle and Unisys/Sperry/Burroughs. While at Cigna/Intracorp and Independence Blue Cross, he worked on electronic health insurance enrollment and electronic medical insurance claim submissions. Rick worked on international standards for computer communications protocols when he worked at Unisys/Sperry/Burroughs.

Rick holds a B.S. in Computer Science, graduating with honors, from Albright College.
