CenterWatch Weekly Highlights Dismissal of Datasci Lawsuit

December 20, 2006 - Thomson CenterWatch, the industry publication covering financial and business news for clinical trials, acknowledges the dismissal of the lawsuit between Datasci and DSG. Pennsylvania-based Document Solutions Group (DSG) has settled a longstanding, patent infringement suit filed by St. Paul,Minn.-based technology company Datasci. Datasci filed similar lawsuits against eClinical companies Phase Forward, Datatrak, eTrials and DataLabs.


DSG Launches Data Management Division

DSG, Inc. expands their service clinical trial study offerings.
With adoption of electronic data capture (EDC) trending upward at a healthy clip, provider DSG Inc. is riding the wave by offering clinical data management services to its EDC customers through a newly created Data Management Division. Launched in mid-2006, the division provides an array of services such as design and review of electronic case report forms, data encoding, and ongoing review of data and logic checks.
